You can manage your account online using My Premium Credit (www.mypremiumcredit.com)
where you can review your account status, see when your next payments is due, change
address and bank details and make a payment by credit/debit card if you're in default.
Alternatively please call us on 0344 736 0056 between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and
select option 5. Please have your 10 character agreement reference (beginning with D)
to hand, so we can better and more quickly service your query.
